We are approaching the end of 2017 and I feel as though I haven’t accomplished what I’d have liked to. I’ve had so many ideas about what I wanted to do/pursue. I’ve started many of them but I haven’t been consistent with any of them. I realized that I have a picture in my head of what I want the end result to look like and I end up feeling stuck because I can’t figure out how to start and it look like I envisioned.
This evening I took time to focus a bit. And I thought “start where you are”. I’ve heard that saying before but today it made more sense than ever before. Start where you are, practice, gain experience, mess up, experiment, but start. Les Brown said “You don’t have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great.
